Mono-Material Design

Most laminated packaging combines multiple polymers that are impossible to separate for recycling. We design bags using 100% Polypropylene (fabric, liner, lamination, and sewing thread), allowing single-stream regrinding.

All tape line start-up scraps and circular looms trim edges are immediately directed to our in-house shredder, converted back into polymer pellets, and reused in heavy-duty backing yarns.
